Inspired by the Kentucky Derby hats of course!
Created using Photoshop CS5.
The hearts pattern on the hat from [link]
I used feather brushes from [link]
I used a tree brush for the background but could locate the source - it was not included with the download file and I've had it for a long time.
The face and hat were painted using numerous refs from personal pictures. (I live in Louisville).
I know she's not perfect but is was a great learning experience for me.
